1. Introduction

In order to request temporary access to the WI-FI network of the institution you wish to visit, you must complete a web form on the Belnet guestroam interface.

2. Web form

Fill out the form correctly to obtain access to the WI-FI network. In order for the system to send you your identification information and a validation code, you must mention your email address and mobile number; the institution and department you wish to visit; a contact person (if necessary) and the period of your visit with the correct dates.

Once you have completed the web form and checked the "read and accepted" box, click on the [Submit] button to create your request.

3. Request validation

After having submitted your request, a validation code will be sent to you by email address and SMS. Enter the code in the field to complete your request. This will be sent to one of the approvers in the institution you are going to visit. Once approved, temporary identification information will be sent to you (also by email and SMS).
